Data Center Technician. 09/2015 to Present

I support large enterprise client who operates multiple data centers. My daily activities include completing tickets for hardware troubleshooting, replacement, and changes. My server experience is centered on HP discrete servers, but I provides some support to Microsoft Azure clusters as well. Work closely with server admins to find and replace failed hardware components on production servers. All while preventing downtime from accidents. Cable and troubleshoot fiber and copper based networks. Support networking devices by Cisco, F5, Juniper, and Arista.

PC Deployment Analyst. 10/2014 to 09/2015

I started at Kaiser Permanente working independently replacing the companies aging PC’s. Imaged HP computers with Windows 7 Enterprise using a custom Symantec Deployment Solution. Migrated user data from Windows XP systems using in house custom scripts. Installed all necessary software using Symantec packager manger. Diagnosed any problems that arose post deployment. I worked tickets as desktop support when extra help was needed or techs were out on leave. I documented all customer interaction in remedy based ticketing systems.
